We use high quality permanent vinyl, whilst issues with vinyl peeling is very rare at Elliescreations I will always be here to help when needed.
If the vinyl on your items is peeling upon arrival (straight out of your parcel) I will always send the replacement for you to put on yourself, you will need to peel the old part off and replace with the new part. You will not be refunded you will just have a new piece of vinyl sent to you.
Most cases vinyl peels and can peel instantly if you're using any sort of tea towel/ soft cloth to dry your cups. Even something as wiping your jumper sleeve/blanket ect on to dry any water will latch onto the finer pieces and cause your vinyl to lift in its most vulnerable areas.
As always please allow your cups to air dry never use anything to dry these and follow any other instructions to care for your cup.

Please be aware that even though I have such pride in our amazing quality vinyl, smaller and finer details on your cups over time MAY lift/come off especially if you're using your cup often. This will not be liable for a refund, like always by purchasing any products you're agreeing to my terms and conditions.
